You Forgot (01:07)
Hi.

Jojo (01:07)
Hello, we're just downloading all the information we have. That is ⁓ the current event that Taylor Swift is going on the New Heights podcast. And it's all I can think about.

You Forgot (01:19)
Yeah,

and this will probably be out Wednesday morning. So you can listen to this and then wait hours and hours and then watch Taylor. It'll be just like watching us. Two amazing things.

Jojo (01:36)
Maybe we can,

well Sue and I are getting together on Wednesday to watch it together at 6 p.m. Maybe we could do a live on Instagram. Yeah, let's do it.

You Forgot (01:45)
Let's do a live stream.

Remember when we tried to record ourselves listening to tortured poets and we were just like, is this record any good? And now we're like.

Jojo (02:00)
We, I mean, I need to go back and watch that video. We were like, I don't get that song, huh? And now we're obsessed, of course.

You Forgot (02:02)
you

I know. But we

were doing it all wrong though. I didn't have the right equipment. It was annoying. ⁓ Yeah, so if you don't care about Taylor Swift, can fast forward to chapter, the next chapter. ⁓

Jojo (02:23)
Fast forward 30 minutes.

You Forgot (02:28)
I mean, it's a big deal. ⁓ you don't know, you might care a tiny, tiny bit. yesterday we all woke up to clips of the New Heights podcast promoting a special guest, and it was under wraps for most of the day. And then later in the day, they did reveal that it was Taylor Swift, and it's going to be really cool. And just a new record coming out. Did it say when the record comes out?

Jojo (02:55)
It's in October.

You Forgot (02:58)
⁓ cool.

Jojo (02:59)
But what

I found fascinating was the preview for the podcast episode has her saying the name of the record. Like they didn't even wait. It's called the life of a show girl and it was in the preview.

You Forgot (03:12)
Yes. I have a thought. I think it's going to be a double release. think there's going to be another record or something. And I think it's all compilations or not compilation or like, what's the word collaborations. I think it's all because Florence Florence and the machine posted a really weird reel today. Stevie Nicks.

Jojo (03:16)
Okay.

Okay.

Okay.

You Forgot (03:42)
with the date August 13th, Sabrina Carpenter. And when Heim was on Watch What Happens Live, someone asked a question about them doing something with Stevie Nicks and all three of them clammed up and were like, we did, but we can't say anything about it. So I think it's a lot of ⁓

Jojo (04:02)
Yup.

I saw that.

You Forgot (04:12)
You know, collapse.

Jojo (04:15)
Okay, I will ask you this and I sent this over Instagram, but I don't know if you've seen it yet. TikTok has already leaked the album footage or photos and the track list. Have you seen that yet? Okay, then I'm not gonna say anything else except that you are on the right track.

You Forgot (04:39)
Because there's a picture of someone?

Jojo (04:41)
because it says who she's singing songs with.

You Forgot (04:48)
Sabrina? Any of the others?

Jojo (04:51)
⁓ no, not from the little leaked clip that I saw, so I don't know for sure if I saw everything.

You Forgot (04:58)
I mean this chick writes like you know every second I just can't I mean why not put two out

Jojo (05:07)
Right. And the fifth track, you know, which the fifth one is always like the most important one, the title is like, ⁓ God, what is she going to be saying?

You Forgot (05:18)
That's what the title is?

Jojo (05:19)
No, I'm not telling you, I'm not going

to ruin it for you, but I'm like, the title.

You Forgot (05:26)
⁓ okay. like that, do we know that's true though?

Jojo (05:30)
About what?

You Forgot (05:31)
the artwork and the title.

Jojo (05:34)
I mean, I feel like it's all, if you search leaked Taylor Swift, they're all saying the same thing. Like someone leaked it and they are showing pictures. I know I come from a place of no. ⁓

You Forgot (05:42)
Nobody leaks her shit though.

I mean, her camp is so locked down.

Jojo (05:52)
Well, I guess we'll know soon enough, but I mean, they listed the title of every song and the ⁓ contributions. And it's like pictures from the album.

You Forgot (06:01)
Okay, cool.

I guess we'll all have to update the non-Taylor loving listeners next week. So excited.

Jojo (06:10)
Yes.

my god, this is exactly

what we needed in this tumultuous of times. ⁓

You Forgot (06:21)
Saved by the bell. Okay, what are we gonna get into today?

Jojo (06:23)
safe by the way.

You tell me, boss.

You Forgot (06:29)
Which little segment would Joanna like to do first? We have I have a little mind fuck. It's not anything crazy But ⁓ this is why we don't cut funding for Alzheimer's research they Found a link with lithium lithium not crazy, it's

Jojo (06:54)
How do you get lithium?

You Forgot (06:57)
Well, it's in some fruits and vegetables and stuff. like, but it's like it says, the Harvard Medical School scientists found that lithium, an element found in some foods and drinking water and in trace amounts in our bodies can confer resistance to brain aging and Alzheimer's. Their work published in the journal Nature reveals that lithium was the only trace metal that was significantly depleted in the brains of people in the earliest stages of memory loss during aging.

The scientists also found that feeding tiny amounts of lithium to mice that were deprived of the substance and showed signs of dementia restored their memory.

Jojo (07:35)
so it can reverse the effects.

You Forgot (07:39)
Yeah, this was in the Boston Globe and I had a paywall. I know. So I couldn't read the whole entire thing, but I just saw that. I just saw it a couple of days ago and I was like, well, lithium. okay. Isn't lithium is for mental health also, right? isn't lithium for like so.

Jojo (07:41)
Okay.

shit. Hate those.

like back

in the old days or do they still use that?

You Forgot (08:08)
No, I think it's still used, but sparingly. ⁓

Jojo (08:11)
I'm assuming food wise, it's

gonna be like green leafy vegetables like everything else. Yep. So basically we just need to be eating broccoli and cabbage, like it's our job.

You Forgot (08:16)
It is. Yeah, it is.

Okay, speaking of cabbage, did I tell you that salad I had in Montana? No, actually it was in Canada. And I took a picture of this on the menu so I could recreate it. And I got pretty close the other night, but I think it's cabbage and kale. And then smoked egg yolk, but I didn't smoke it because I don't know how to smoke egg yolk. And then

Jojo (08:43)
Yum.

You Forgot (08:49)
It's a Caesar, it's like, it was like their version of a Caesar. And it had fried capers and a shit ton of Parmesan and like a garlic lemon vinaigrette. It was, I think I'm gonna, ⁓ and like garlic bread crumbles instead of croutons. So I think my...

Jojo (08:53)
⁓ Yam? Yes?

Yes.

You Forgot (09:14)
salad dressing was a little too bitter. It seemed a little like too garlicky or something. So I think when you're because ⁓ with the cabbage and kale I think I'm gonna add like a drop of honey in the dressing to like that like a little sweet variant. Anyway hey ADHD what's up? that's all I think about. I'm already thinking about dinner. I realized that I have ground beef and I have

Jojo (09:19)
Okay.

Yeah. Love that!

We talk about food all day long.

You Forgot (09:43)
salami because Anthony got some deli meat for his little lunches and there and I have a I have white American cheese, which I typically do not have and there's this restaurant in Cleveland a fast food thing called ⁓ Mr. Hero and it was like cheese steaks, but they had this one thing called a Roman burger and it was like on a sub roll and it was like two thin patties with like grilled salami on top of it and then

lettuce, tomato, onion, and like an Italiany dressing and white American. So I think I'm going to recreate that today. I like sitting here thinking about all the ingredients that I have. I don't have a several though, but I have a little, I have some other bread I might use.

Jojo (10:17)
Yum!

Well.

Jack had his birthday over the weekend, so he's pretty much eaten like shit all weekend. So today he was like, hey, for dinner, can you just make sure there's a lot of vegetables? Because I feel so gross. Like I need to eat more vegetables. And I was like, yeah, sure. I was planning on making like sushi in a bowl. that, you know, carrot, cucumber, edamame, whatever. But then Sloan lately has been saying, hey, do you care if I make dinner instead?

which like I'm gonna say no to that. So instead she's making some honey garlic shrimp, steamed broccoli, and then she asked me to make white rice, because now I feel like I'm an expert at it. So we're having that for dinner. I know.

You Forgot (10:52)
No? Yeah.

Go Sloanie!

Do you want to hear my save it for the pod?

Jojo (11:17)
Yes, I'm dying!

You Forgot (11:19)
Okay, I don't know if my buildup is gonna be, you know, result in a letdown, but

Okay, so you know my best friend Jen.

Jojo (11:30)
Yes.

You Forgot (11:31)
friend of the pod. I've known her since we were 12, 13, something like that. She lives down in Florida with her husband Jeff. And so her birthday's this week. And a couple weeks ago, I was thinking about what to get her, right? And okay, little backstory. Did I already say that? Jen and her husband Jeff started watching the Gilmore Girls, which...

Jojo (11:53)
No?

You Forgot (12:00)
I don't know if that tracks too much for like, know, they don't, know, Gilmore Girls is, ⁓ Laura lies a single mom raising Rory and a tiny, cute little town looks like downtown McKinney. And, you know, maybe that wouldn't look like something that they both would like, but, they love it

And, but there's a lot of real obscure references to pop culture in the show and tons of like music references and that's, you know, that's right up their alley. So I'm sure that that's why they get a big kick out of it. And I mean, let's be honest, Jeff's probably has a crush on Lorelei. She's so cute. But Ruri's best friend, Lane, starts a band with a couple of her friends.

They lose their guitar player, they advertise for a new one, and they get Sebastian Bach from Skid Row, in, know, 90s rocker, dude. And he's a lot older than them, like he's married with a kid, and he has a sub shop or whatever, so it's just goofy. And their band name is Hep Alien. Okay. So I'm like, ⁓ that's cute, I'll go on Etsy and find her a shirt.

Jojo (12:54)
Okay.

You Forgot (13:15)
And I was looking and they had them. They had a lot of them, but they just weren't cute designs. Not even for like a silly gift because she can wear like t-shirts and jeans to work. She's a stylist, she could get away with wearing band shirts or whatever. And so they weren't cute. So I kept looking and then finally I was like, my God, Amazon, right? So I go on and there's a perfect shirt. you could order it in a girly style.

Jojo (13:23)
Yeah.

You Forgot (13:43)
and it was just the picture of the bandmates and it was like a silhouette. It wasn't like the big dumb faces or anything, super cute. And so I was really impressed with myself with the ordering too because it said, hey, you know, if you don't need to rush ship this, you can take the dollar credit for digital purchases and we'll deliver it on the 12th, which is like actually today. And I was like, yeah, perfect.

Jojo (13:51)
Okay.

You Forgot (14:10)
And I was so proud of myself. Usually I'm scrambling to do prime for something because I'm all, you know, last minute Larry. And so last Thursday, she sends me a text and it's a picture of the shirt. and I write back like, what the because it was early. And then she was like, she responds.

Jojo (14:28)
Yeah.

You Forgot (14:31)
I ordered this from Etsy.

Jojo (14:34)
Shut up.

You Forgot (14:36)
I say, ⁓ no. But that's all I say. then she goes Well, I love it. She thought I was saying like, well, no, I don't know. And she's like, Well, I love it. And so I'm losing my mind thinking am I an idiot? And I was like, No, that shirt was not on Etsy, right. And all this time, I'm kind of like, great minds think alike, whatever, maybe but there's no way because that was not on Etsy.

And so I look at my Amazon account and lo and behold, my shirt was delivered. So I pick up the phone and I go, did you really order that shirt? And she was like, yeah. But she was like, why are you so aggressive about my stupid shirt? cause I was like, and I was like, because I sent you that. Like we were howling. Cause she was like, at some point in some buzz little night, she was perusing.

the same thing that I was buying her, but she never, but she never ordered it. But then she was like, but maybe I actually did. So she still might be getting some little present the next day or something. It was just so absurd. Like she's sending it to me. Like she ordered it.

Jojo (15:32)
⁓ my god.

Yeah, maybe I did.

That is insane. That is the craziest thing. You guys, your minds are right on track with each other.

You Forgot (15:52)
I mean...

Yeah, but then also we're both ridiculously stupid because like she thought she ordered herself a shirt and she never did.

Jojo (16:07)
that you just texted no and she's like what?

You Forgot (16:11)
Yeah, because I think she thought I didn't like the shirt. you know, I mean, who hasn't, got something in the mail and you were like, ⁓ I kind of forgot I ordered that. I mean, I've done that several times. And I'm like always happy when I get it. And I think I'm kind of more just, you know, I should be scared maybe that I, you know, have no memory of doing it, but I'm also like, what a multitasker. Yeah, so.

Jojo (16:22)
shit!

That's right. What a happy little

accident.

You Forgot (16:38)
Yeah, so it was really funny. I'm sure nobody else thinks it's funny, but we think it's funny.

Jojo (16:44)
No, I think that's crazy.

How confusing to for both of you.

You Forgot (16:50)
Well, it really was,

because I'm sitting here looking at Anthony and going, wait, I just sent, I sent her that and, but you know, and then she was looking at her Etsy account to see if she actually did order something. Idiots. Enough about that.

Jojo (17:09)
Do you want to go? I have a question.

You Forgot (17:09)
my story.

⁓ yeah. Let's get into that.

Jojo (17:16)
This is an interesting question and I think a lot of people are going to maybe relate to this one. ⁓ So this person says, I want to ask you guys a question, but I do want to stay anonymous because it might sound a little bit harsh that I don't want to take care of my ailing parent. Let me give you a little backstory. We've been estranged. There's been make-ups and break-ups, but we are not in each other's lives as of now. I've been made aware that her living arrangement

arrangements are going to change and my siblings and I can't even imagine having to take care of this financially. Can you be forced to? Do you know anything about filial law? So of course I'm like what is filial law? Never heard of it.

You Forgot (18:04)
Well, yeah, it's, think 30 states have it, but it doesn't sound like it's in vogue too much. But filial responsibility, it's the adult child's legal duty to support his or her parents. They obligate adult children to support parents if they can't do it themselves. They have to pay, provide for their basic needs, food, housing, medical.

And conditions can make it enforceable, including the parent's age and the adult child's financial situation. I could not imagine. I guess this is, I mean...

They, so basically doctors or whatever, medical care, they can come after you to get reimbursed for your parents' medical bills.

Jojo (19:00)
So I guess the reason I had never heard of this or I'm not sure if you had or not, but it's not a thing in Texas.

You Forgot (19:07)
No.

Jojo (19:08)
So I guess if you're, we do have listeners from all of the states. If you're listening to this, you need to look up whether your state has this filial responsibility law. And so, go ahead.

You Forgot (19:20)
Yeah, like look,

I was just gonna say when the laws are enforced, when your parent does not qualify for Medicaid, your parent is impoverished, your parent has medical bills and cannot pay for them, and you do have the ability to pay, or your parents fraudulently transferred assets to you.

Jojo (19:43)
oooo

You Forgot (19:45)
This is something I never heard of yet.

Jojo (19:48)
I know I never heard of it either after doing a little reading about it though. This is where an elder law attorney really can come in handy. If you've transferred all of your assets into a trust, they can't take it. So I pulled up some if you're wondering like am I at risk for these filial responsibility ⁓ laws? Here's some red flags that might tell you if you are. First of all, is your parent running out of money?

You Forgot (20:01)
Yeah.

Jojo (20:16)
Well, for 99 % of us, the answer is yes. If they have little to no savings left or if their income isn't enough to cover costs if they were to go into care. Another red flag, they don't qualify for Medicaid at least not yet. So that means if they still have assets that are still above the Medicaid limits, that's a red flag that you might be responsible. Are they in or about to enter a private nursing home or memory care facility? That's red flag.

If you live in the same state as your parent, it's easier to enforce the law than if you live in a different state that especially doesn't have this filial responsibility law. If there's no power of attorney or written care agreement, that's a red flag. ⁓ If there's a history of unpaid medical bills, like from the past, they can go after you for your parents' unpaid medical bills.

And if your state has recently enforced its filial laws on someone else, that means they could enforce it on you.

So they did give an example, Pennsylvania has a documented court case recently. So if you're in Pennsylvania, you better go see an elder care lawyer. Get your things into a trust.

You Forgot (21:35)
What happened?

Jojo (21:36)
They forced the person to pay. It was like $93,000 of his dad's medical bills.

You Forgot (21:44)
just really couldn't imagine.

Jojo (21:47)
No, I mean, of course we all want to help our parents, but at that cost?

You Forgot (21:52)
Yeah, there's, course, you know, we wanted to help and we did, we help. But what if you don't want to help at all? My friend told me about her friend that lived out of the country and had no relationship with her parents, but she felt called to come home and, be in charge of health care. But she's

freaking miserable and it you know and they didn't have a relationship

Jojo (22:25)
Yeah, that's it. I can't even imagine.

You Forgot (22:29)
It's like pulling some stranger off the damn street and thinking they're supposed to take care of you. Because there are, I mean, I don't know, I'm sure it's extreme and whatever, but there are cases where kids don't speak to their parents.

Jojo (22:35)
Yeah.

Of course, yeah. And probably for very good reason.

You Forgot (22:51)
I always see those things about estrangement and they say if you're estranged from your parent, it's probably the parent's fault. Like, you know, like you let that happen. I couldn't imagine a situation where I let that happen.

Jojo (23:02)
Yes.

No,

if I said something hurtful or did something hurtful, like I'm going to mend that and be like, I apologize. I did not mean to be like that. I mean, when it's your kid, I did see this funny little tick tock of the lady and she's married, no kids. And everyone's like, when are you going to have kids? She's like, I'm never having kids. And she said, the next question is, well, who's going to take care of you when you're old? And she's like, look around.

You Forgot (23:18)
I know.

Jojo (23:34)
Who's actually moving their parent into their home to take care of them when they're old? It doesn't happen very often. Most people send their parents in this country to assisted living. So she's like, that's not really a standup argument for me to have children.

You Forgot (23:50)
No, and I do not plan on my children taking care of me. That would be, I would hate that. Like obviously if it's like, you you have an illness or a surgery or something, yes, whatever. But to be a potential burden on them, that's why we talk about this all the time. That's why we go to financial planners. That's why we have elder law. So I don't completely steal their lives and

Jojo (23:59)
I don't want that.

Yeah, that's.

You Forgot (24:19)
what they've worked hard for and their money and take time away from their kids. Like that would just be the worst. Yep. No. To take, please. And I love when the people say, ⁓ you have a daughter? Good, good. You have a daughter. Hello, have you met my daughter? She does not want to take care of me. I don't blame her. Like.

Jojo (24:27)
That is not why I had children. Not as an insurance policy.

Yeah, and Sloan doesn't

either and I do not blame her.

You Forgot (24:50)
My sweet daughter does not have like that maternal, you know, that like, yeah, no, I can't see it.

Jojo (24:58)
Wait, are both of our daughters oldest daughters and oldest granddaughters?

You Forgot (25:04)
Yes.

Jojo (25:04)
Yeah, isn't that weird?

You Forgot (25:06)
Yeah. Yeah, they are. Well, I guess that's not true. On Anthony's side it is. But my sister has my nieces.

Jojo (25:10)
forced to be reckoned with.

well, yeah, it's not on Matt's side, but on my side, Sloan's the oldest daughter and oldest granddaughter.

You Forgot (25:23)
Yeah.

I don't know what that means though.

Jojo (25:28)
⁓ It's like watch out, that's what it means. Because you are also an oldest daughter.

You Forgot (25:31)
you

Sort of.

Jojo (25:37)
I mean, you are. I mean, yeah.

You Forgot (25:41)
for my dad.

Jojo (25:42)
Yeah, from your dad's side. Anyways, what else do we have?

You Forgot (25:48)
Bye!

very prepared today, JoJo. ⁓ my God, I'm being very sarcastic.

Jojo (25:56)
You are! You're very organized.

I thought you were. You have like notes and things printed out.

You Forgot (26:06)
Yeah, because I did not know we were going to record today.

because somebody switched it all up on me.

Jojo (26:14)
Sorry about that. Sorry. Sorry not sorry.

You Forgot (26:15)
I'm talking to you. No, I love

it. I love it. love it.

Okay, I do want to mention that ⁓ Carrie Alberts, also known as Dementia Darling on Instagram and other socials, she had a story up the other day with a link where you could vote for a potential panel at South by Southwest for next spring. her and

a few other like minded people put together an idea to have this presentation. It's Dimension Society, Normalizing Aging and Empathy Based Care. And they put together the proposal, sent it to South By, and it's now open for the community to vote on it to see if it makes it into the festival. So, yeah, and it's it sounds amazing.

Jojo (27:02)
Okay.

You Forgot (27:06)
It says dementia cases expected to triple by 2050. face a collective imperative integrating dementia into society to foster a more happy, healthy, human-centric world. In this talk, industry leaders explore how shifting language,

perspective and technology can reshape the dementia experience for people living with dementia and their families. From normalizing brain health while embracing change to fine tuning products for this population, this panel will address how to change societal perceptions, build alongside the community, and ultimately improve outcome for all. So I'm gonna put the link up so you can go vote. And I'll put it in our stories and I'll put it on the pod page.

Jojo (27:44)
Yeah, definitely.

You Forgot (27:50)
and everything ⁓ because I guess the final decisions are made South by Southwest.

⁓ organizers, but they take into account the community vote. So I think we could all do that. And it's like in the health and wellness space, like they have all kinds of different talks. Because I think people think South by Southwest is just music and movies, but then they have days on days of panels

Jojo (28:08)
Perfect.

we can all vote for that. I love that.

You Forgot (28:19)
Mm-hmm. That'd be great. We can go down and watch them. I haven't been to South by in ages.

Jojo (28:21)
Ooh, yeah!

I've never been.

You Forgot (28:29)

the shit out of this! I mean how many like tangents? God. Did we forget anything?

Jojo (28:46)
Thanks, Sal. Let me look through our tags. I don't think so, I just kept remembering thinking, like, I don't have anything to contribute this week.

No, you didn't at all.

You Forgot (28:58)
Maybe this is a little bonus episode.

Jojo (29:00)
Yeah.

You Forgot (29:03)
Um, yeah, my biggest takeaway in this episode that was that damn filial law. can't even believe that. I really I wonder if Ohio I'm to go look. I'm to go look at that up. Oh,

Jojo (29:10)
I can't either, it's insane.

Yeah, I think I'm gonna go get in the pool.

I'm done with my work. I need two people to email me back so I can spend money on their credit card.

You Forgot (29:29)
Cha-ching.

Jojo (29:31)
You know what? They're both for grease. Grease is hot.

You Forgot (29:33)
No.

When are they going? Soon?

Jojo (29:37)
One

is the couple that's going in October and then the other one is a mother-daughter senior trip going in June.

You Forgot (29:49)
I gotta put together- my daughter's moving to New York by the way.

Jojo (29:53)
Okay, she did get the lease on the apartment. When is she moving?

You Forgot (29:55)
Yeah.

No idea. I don't I really don't know. Because there was like a problem with like another girl's finances or something or the paperwork was goofy, but it all ended up coming through. And I was kind of like relieved just because I didn't want to like switch modes. Like, do I have to move her into an apartment in New York City?

Jojo (29:59)

Well, yeah, I was going to ask what's that process like? Obviously not driving there.

You Forgot (30:23)
I don't know.

I don't know.

Jojo (30:27)
just pack a couple suitcases and go for it? That's what I did.

You Forgot (30:30)
I'll probably just ship some stuff to her uncle's and then maybe fly there and get like a rental truck and unload.

Jojo (30:35)
that's smart. Yeah, yeah, yeah.

Like, does she need furniture?

You Forgot (30:46)
Just bedroom stuff. So yeah. Well, I think it's almost cheaper to order a new mattress than to, you know, actually she doesn't even have a mattress anymore. What am I talking about? Cause she's at my condo.

Jojo (30:49)
she needs bedroom stuff?

I think so too.

So what's her apartment like? Is it like a three bedroom?

You Forgot (31:07)
Yeah, in a kitchen and it has a washer and dryer, but it doesn't have like a common space, but she's the girls don't care because it's like the bedrooms are bigger, like bigger than normal.

Jojo (31:16)
Okay, and these are her friends that she knows.

You Forgot (31:19)
Yeah, she's known him since freshman year of college.

Jojo (31:23)
Well, it all worked out then. I mean, that's exciting.

You Forgot (31:26)
I know, I'm nervous. What's she gonna do?

Jojo (31:28)
So do great.

The world is her oyster!

You Forgot (31:35)
Must be nice.

I don't know. We'll see. Maybe I'll cut all that out too. I know. I just think I was just thinking about it though. it's not gonna be as easy to see her. you know, I had it pretty easy when she was in Boulder, not like Boulder's close, but I mean, I had a place to stay there.

Jojo (31:41)
That's exciting!

Yeah. It's going to be like me and Sloan. I see her in the summer and I see her in December. I see her twice a year. There's nothing better than New York in the fall. Nothing.

You Forgot (32:03)
I know.

I mean...

sweater weather.

Jojo (32:15)
So do you think she'll move like in the next couple of weeks?

You Forgot (32:19)
Probably a month, I would think. I don't know. The apartment... I don't know when the girls that are in it leave.

Jojo (32:27)
Okay, so there's girls in there that she doesn't know that are leaving.

You Forgot (32:31)
Mm-hmm.

Jojo (32:34)
and you said it's on the lower east side? ⁓ so good, so good.

You Forgot (32:36)
Mm-hmm.

We'll see.

Jojo (32:43)
We were looking

at this internship possibility for Sloan. That thing pays $25 an hour. Now how is anyone going to live in New York making $25 an hour?

You Forgot (32:55)
with the second job that's going to be Marta.

Jojo (32:57)
Yep, she's gonna have to a second job. I mean, we're not in a position to like really help her, so.

You Forgot (33:03)
God no. And ⁓ I'm like, you want to try this? Try it. That's awesome. But I don't know. Maybe she's a city girl.

Jojo (33:11)
Try it. Yeah.

I know Sloanez, so we'll see. ⁓ At least I know all of the cute little girls that work for Smart Flyer Corporate. They're all in their 20s, they all live in New York City, and I was talking to them this weekend and they were like, yeah, if she ever wants to come up, we know people who need roommates all the time. I was like, okay.

You Forgot (33:40)
Yeah, yeah, it's true. I was actually kind of hoping Marta would end up like in a sublease so she know what I mean? Like maybe, maybe a little furnished, maybe like an easier move into thing. Yeah.

Jojo (33:52)
Yeah, that's what I did. How long

is her lease for?

You Forgot (33:57)
I don't know. I know nothing. No wonder she won't take care of me when I'm old.

Jojo (33:58)
You know nothing.

No, but that's super cool. Is she excited or is she nervous or both? Yeah. What does Jude think?

You Forgot (34:10)
Probably both.

I don't know. I don't know if he knows yet. Yeah, I haven't talked to him. Look at this is on. I don't know, but this is on the podcast. I'm going to. I guess we should end the podcast.

Jojo (34:15)
Okay.

Yeah, what's he up to?

Okay.

⁓ how do you want to end it?

You Forgot (34:30)
Bye!
