Joanna is the co-host of You Forgot That I Existed.  Her mom, Gaga, has been in assisted living since 2020 and recently moved to Memory Care.   When she's not taking Gaga to McDonalds,  Joanna is planning vacations for her clients, reminding her college kids how to spell their middle names, and watching Real Housewives with her husband of 24 years.

Sue is the co-host of You Forgot That I Existed.   Both of her parents have passed from Dementia / Alzheimer's Disease.  When she isn't producing this podcast,  Sue is obsessing over recipes,  walking her dogs in the mountains, and spending time with her 2 college kids and husband.

Joyce Logan

 Joyce spent several years in Business Development before Ruby Care became her vision, which was inspired during the time she spent caring for her Mother-In-Law, Ruby, beginning in 2011. Now she enjoys helping seniors and their families navigate the complicated choices they face when deciding their future living plans. 

Joyce is actively involved in her community and local events.  Her resume includes:  Junior League of Collin County, 1998-present; Women's Auxiliary, Children's Medical Center Plano, 2010-present; Leadership Plano graduate, 1993; Plano Youth Leadership Board member, 2006-2009; Ski Plano Committee Member (benefiting PISD Foundation), 2011-present  and City House Plano Board member, 1998-2001. 



 In her free time, Joyce enjoys, walking, spending time with her friends, family and her dog, Sully.

About Rory Payne

After nearly a decade of educating high school students, Rory Payne turned his passion for teaching toward helping Medicare beneficiaries navigate the complexities of Medicare.  Rory is dedicated to helping individuals understand whether Medicare is the right choice for them, when to join, and which coverage options best fit their needs.

Raised in a small West Texas town on his father’s cotton farm and surrounded by cattle near the "oil patch," Rory’s upbringing instilled in him the value of hard work. His higher education journey nurtured a deep love for teaching, inspiring him to empower others through knowledge. Today, Rory applies this passion to Medicare education, addressing the overwhelming amount of information beneficiaries face and focusing on clarity and personalized solutions.

Having guided thousands of clients through the Medicare process, Rory remains steadfast in his mission: education first, always.
